The Greenland Half-Century Jacket is a sustainable tribute to Fjällräven’s very first jacket from 1968. The original Greenland Jacket, developed after a Scandinavian expedition to Greenland, was a do-it-all outdoor jacket. It was hardwearing, wind- and water-resistant and lightweight.
And with the application or removal of Greenland Wax, it could be adapted to suit a range of climates and weather situations. After a lifetime in nature, and to celebrate the bicentenary of the iconic Greenland Jacket, Fjällräven’s timeless Greenland look is being updated for a new generation.
